If you're a regular viewer of Adult Swim (as you can tell clearly I am) you're not unfamiliar with The Boondocks. Many of it's black viewers like myself can completely identify with this show. Everyone knows an Uncle Ruckus type character who can't stand being in his own skin, a Huey character that wants to see people apply themselves when they're fully capable of it, a Riley who is absorbed in the hip hop culture even to Tom Dubois who has his own issues with not being what people consider the stereotypical black man. The show may rub some people the wrong way but you have to keep in mind that it's all in good humor. When you throw being politically correct out of the window, you'll thoroughly enjoy the show. So sit back and enjoy season 2, episode 1 of The Boondocks, one which I consider one of the funniest episodes of the season so far.
